Our principal and staff
Our school team is committed to every student’s learning, wellbeing and sense of belonging. We work together to create a supportive and inclusive school where every child is set up for success.
Welcome from our principal
At Mount Ousley Public School, we embrace critical thinking, problem solving and challenge. I am proud to lead a school where every child is known, their voices are heard, and teachers embrace new learning alongside the students.
Our values of Learning, Wellbeing and Community, guide everything we do. We’ve seen strong growth in academic results, sporting achievements, and in the creative and performing arts which highlights the dedication of our staff and students to the schooling experience.
We embrace the rich cultural diversity of our school community and celebrate the backgrounds, strengths and stories that every student brings.
Our teachers create a caring and inclusive environment, with personalised support for our EAL/D students, those with additional support needs, and enrichment for high-potential learners.
We’re a small school with strong connections to families. Our proud history, supportive P&C and great facilities provide a strong foundation for learning and growth.
I look forward to welcoming your family into our school community.
Emily Jones, Principal of Mount Ousley Public School
